When are my yearly membership fees due?

REALTOR® dues are due on January 1st.  The grace period ends at close of business on January 31st and are delinquent on February 1st.  A $100 late fee is then assessed to the member's dues.

 
What if I don't receive my statement?

​

Each Broker will receive an invoice notification by mail in early December with a link/instructions to the online dues payment.  Dues can be be paid online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, electronic check or debit card, or you may mail them to FCBOR.  

 
When do I join the Faulkner County Board of REALTORS®?

 

Once your license is hanging within a FCBOR member's office, you are required to join the association within one month.  Your dues are prorated from the moment the license is hanging within the office.

Is there a fee if I transfer between member offices?

​

Yes.  If you move your license from one member office to another, there is a $25 transfer fee.  If you are transferring from another board to the FCBOR board, you are required to pay the new member fee & dues for that particular month.

What is the difference between the AREC and FCBOR?

The Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) is the body that governs all things legal when it pertains to real estate.

 

The Faulkner County Board of REALTORS® (FCBOR) is a trade association that aids in your education, ethical, professional and political goals.
